Brainspotting

Brainspotting (BSP)

Brainspotting (BSP) is a body-centered therapeutic approach that helps identify and process unresolved trauma, emotional distress, and deeply rooted experiences. By using specific eye positions, known as brainspots, this method accesses areas of the brain where trauma and difficult emotions may be stored. Unlike traditional talk therapy, Brainspotting works with the brain’s natural healing processes, allowing clients to address experiences that may be difficult to express with words alone.

Brainspotting can be effective for individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic stress, emotional blocks, and performance challenges. In a safe and supportive environment, clients are guided to focus on both physical sensations and emotions, helping the brain process and release unresolved experiences. The goal is to promote emotional healing, greater self-awareness, improved resilience, and lasting well-being.
